The following are some required documents that need to filled out and submitted to us prior to us conducting business on your behalf. If you have any questions please contact us.
The Hacienda Power of Attorney can be accepted in either language. There may be additional documents required depending on the importer's needs, type of merchandize and payment options. None of these documents imply a contract will Paulette Diaz US Customs Brokers to handle shipments. They merely satisfy a requirement with government agencies and local policies. For your convenience these documents are also available in different formats such as MS Word or Adobe Acrobat. Please contact us if these cannot be read by your computer, you require a fax copy or a different format.
